Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping with us at TOTAL 101. We endeavour to do all that we can to ensure you love your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund. For item(s) returned after this time we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. 
Unfortunately we are unable to offer freepost returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return. 
We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their security tag removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.
How to Return:
If you choose to return your item(s) we aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days.

Please return your item(s) using a recorded delivery service for your own insurance ensuring postage is pre-paid 
Please ensure you retain your proof of postage.

What if my return is late?
Any returns that arrive after the 28 days are ineligible for return and will be reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our fulfilment centre. Please note, you will be liable for postage costs for us to return these item(s) to you.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.
Faulty Goods
We hope that you will never experience a damaged or faulty item as every piece is hand checked and lovingly packaged before being delivered to you. However if you feel there is a manufacturing fault or you have received an incorrect order please contact us immediately via email at hello@total101.co.uk so that we can personally assist you and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We will reimburse you for the postage of your returned parcel if your item is faulty or been packed incorrectly.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, you have one hour from the time you receive your order confirmation email to do so, otherwise we may have already processed your order.
If you wish to cancel your order after the time in which your order can be cancelled, you will be responsible for paying any return postage fees.
